An important update on our reading centers!
We are very excited to announce our partnership with Project Luangwa in Zambia assuring the future of our Reading Centers! With your help, we can build a path of sustainability for the valuable program.
Africa Hope Fund empowers Africa's future through reading centers in Zambia. Lack of resources and infrastructure hinder education in Africa, so these centers provide books, and reading assistants to teach reading and writing of English, required for children in Zambia from grade 4. Schools, where AHF reading centers have been established, are now performing among the top schools in the district. These centers foster a love for reading and break the cycle of poverty. The success stories highlight their transformative power. Africa Hope Fund aims to expand their reach and partnerships. These centers embody hope and unlock the potential for a brighter Africa. We now serve over 1,500 children a day at our reading centers!
We have just signed an agreement with Project Luangwa to partner in the management and financial support of our Reading Centers. Our board has agreed to match up to $15,000 USD in donations (goal $30,000) to cover the next 12 months of reading assistant salaries and library expenses as we get geared up to apply for grants for ongoing sustainability.
Please consider joining us as we work to assure life-changing education for these amazing children of Zambia.
Double your impact! Your generous contribution will be matched, dollar for dollar, up to $15,000 by our dedicated board of directors until December 2023!
